2. Subject
This agreement covers the sale of digital software subscription services including AI-assisted QR menu creation, table ordering, QR card tools and merchant dashboard access.
3. Service delivery
The service is delivered digitally after account creation and subscription activation. The merchant receives online access to the software; no physical product shipment is required.
4. Delivery method and timing
Delivery is completed by online account activation, trial activation or subscription activation. Login credentials, trial links or merchant panel access may be provided online, by email, WhatsApp or the website.
5. Price and payment
Online payment applies to SufraQR digital software subscription fees paid by restaurant merchants. Public prices are shown in USD for international subscription sales. Depending on the payment provider, the payment page may also show a TRY equivalent where required. The exact payable USD amount is shown before confirmation.
6. Restaurant customer payments
SufraQR does not process restaurant customer food or drink payments. Guest payments are made directly to the restaurant by cash, counter payment, card terminal or the restaurant’s own payment provider account.
7. Right of withdrawal
Because the service is a digital subscription delivered through online account activation, the right of withdrawal may be limited after the merchant requests or starts using immediate digital access, subject to applicable law and the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
