2. Merchant responsibility
Restaurants are responsible for checking menu accuracy, prices, availability, taxes, product descriptions and order fulfilment before publishing menus to customers.
3. AI-generated menu drafts
AI extraction is provided to speed up menu entry. It may make mistakes. The merchant must review and approve all items and prices before publishing.
4. Payments for restaurant customer orders
SufraQR is not a payment intermediary for customer food orders in the first version. Customers pay the restaurant directly at the counter, by cash, or through the restaurant’s own POS/card device.
5. Subscription access
Access to merchant features depends on an active or trial subscription. Expired, cancelled or suspended accounts may lose access to merchant tools and public QR menus.
