2. Data we collect
We may collect restaurant business contact details, account login data, restaurant profile information, uploaded menu images, extracted menu items, table QR data, order records, subscription records, support messages and technical usage logs needed to provide SufraQR.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is processed to create and manage accounts, provide QR menus and merchant dashboards, process restaurant subscription access, deliver support, improve service quality, prevent abuse, maintain security and comply with legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
Processing may be based on contract performance, legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, explicit consent where required, and legal obligations under applicable commercial, tax and electronic commerce rules.
5. Restaurant customer orders
SufraQR may record order details needed by the restaurant, such as table number, ordered items, notes and order status. Food and drink payment is made directly to the restaurant by cash, counter payment, card terminal or the restaurant’s own payment provider. SufraQR online payment is for merchant software subscriptions, not restaurant customer food orders.
6. Retention period
Account and subscription records are kept while the merchant account is active and for legally required periods afterwards. Uploaded menus, order records and support messages may be retained according to the selected plan, operational needs and legal requirements, unless deletion is requested and deletion is legally possible.
7. Third-party service providers
SufraQR may use hosting, database, authentication, email, analytics, AI recognition and payment infrastructure providers to deliver the service. These providers process data only as needed for the service and security.
8. International transfer
Because SufraQR uses cloud software providers, some data may be processed or stored outside Türkiye or the merchant’s country. We take reasonable measures to work with reputable providers and protect transferred data.
9. Cookies and technical logs
The website and merchant panel may use essential cookies, local storage and technical logs for login, security, language preference, error detection and service performance. Non-essential analytics or marketing tools may be added with appropriate notices where required.
10. User rights and contact
