1. Trial period / Deneme süresi
Eligible restaurants may receive a 14-day free trial. The trial can be extended or ended according to SufraQR’s internal approval. Deneme süresi sonunda ücretli paket seçilmeden ödeme alınmaz.
2. Paid subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscription fees cover access to the SufraQR software service for the selected period.
3. Refund requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a service cannot be activated due to a technical issue caused by SufraQR, the merchant may request a refund within the applicable legal period.
4. No refund after active use
Refunds may be limited when the merchant has already used the service, generated QR menus, received orders or used AI menu scanning quota.
